Hello everybody!
I’m working in the design of a graduate course in social network and sales. The aim of the course is to teach sales manager how to properly understand the relationship between a set of contacts that one of his/her salesmen might have, using social network analysis techniques (how can you create a sociomatrix, what are the main metrics in social network, etc)
Does any of you has thought about a similar course?
