Dear Friends and Colleagues
You can still submit an Abstract for the deadline of 24 October and attend the 22nd Service Conference and Workshop in London at the Royal Automobile Club in Pall Mall from 6 to 8th November.
You will find big names in service, service researchers, and service employers, as well as four linked Special Issues in the Journal of Services Marketing, Industrial Marketing Management, Journal of Customer Behaviour, and International Journal of Bank Marketing. The Service Conference and Workshop is friendly, supportive, and a chance to get feedback on your work, which can then be submitted to one of the Special Issues by the end of January.
