I am doing my doctoral level research in the area of "branding of banking services". I would like to know whether there is any model on "branding of banking services".
I have done substantial literature review and found one service branding model by Chernatony. The rest are more adaptable for pure product branding.
I request you all to guide me if you have come across any such model in literature. Also any good input on the same is welcome.
