College of Business, Oregon State University invites applicants for an anticipated full-time (1.0 FTE), nine-month, tenure-track position in Marketing at the rank of Assistant Professor to begin September 2009.

Primary teaching responsibilities involve delivering undergraduate and graduate courses in Marketing. We have teaching needs in areas including sales management and personal selling, promotion, marketing policy, marketing management and channels of distribution. Scholarly activities are expected to result in peer-reviewed top journal publications. Service includes engaging with the Austin Entrepreneurship Program.

Salary is competitive and commensurate with education and experience. Employee benefits are excellent. Required qualifications include an appropriate earned doctorate from a university that has AACSB accreditation or an equivalent with an emphasis in Marketing and record of or significant evidence of potential for research excellence and scholarly publication.
