The University of Arkansas at Little Rock (UALR) invites qualified individuals to apply for a tenure-track position of Assistant/Associate Professor in the Department of Marketing and Advertising, to begin Spring or Fall, 2009. The ideal candidate will have a doctorate degree in Marketing and some professional experience. The new faculty member will be expected to teach marketing strategy and/or international marketing in both our day and night (MBA) programs during a typical year. The university expects instructional excellence and scholarly output appropriate for a school with AACSB accreditation of its undergraduate and MBA programs. Salary is competitive.

Located in the state-of-the-art Reynolds Business Center, the College of Business houses the state’s lead center of the Arkansas Small Business Development Center, the Institute for Economic Advancement, and the Professional Sales Center. The College offers AACSB accredited programs at the undergraduate, MS, MBA, and Executive MBA levels. The Department faculty have won numerous awards for their teaching, research and service, and have been recognized locally and nationally for their innovative educational offerings.
