The Advances in Electronic Business (AEBUS) Book Series promotes the understanding of management methods, information technology, and their joint application in business processes. SUBMITTING TO AEBUS:
Prospective authors should note that only original and previously unpublished manuscripts will be considered. An edited book usually contains 300+ pages and approximately 15-20 comprehensive chapters of 7,000-10,000 words each. All proposal submissions will be forwarded to members of the Editorial Review Board of the Advances Series for peer review. Final decision regarding acceptance/revision/rejection will be based on the reviews and assessment of the publisher, IGI Global (IGI). All submissions must be forwarded electronically to Series Editor, Eldon Y. Li
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:
Your (5-10 page) prospectus should include:
- TITLES: 3-5 suggested titles
- A SYNOPSIS of your proposed publication, including a concise DEFINITION of the subject area
- INTRODUCTION
- OBJECTIVES
- 5-10 INDEXING KEYWORDS for your proposed subject area
- CONTRIBUTION AND SCHOLARLY VALUE
- PURPOSE AND POTENTIAL IMPACT on field of research
- AUDIENCE: Projected audience
- POTENTIAL BENEFITS TO THE READERS
- EXISTING COMPETING PUBLICATIONS: Existing publications (competitors) and their strengths and weaknesses
- CONTENTS: Tentative table of contents
- PROJECTED TOTAL PAGE/WORD COUNT for proposed publication
- TIMETABLE: Usually 18 months from Call for Chapters to production
- CONTACT INFORMATION: Mailing address, phone, fax and e-mail of editor(s)
- CURRICULUM VITAE: A copy of your CV listing your education, experience, and publication records
