Special Issue – Consumer Empowerment

The Journal of Research for Consumers is calling for papers for a special issue on consumer empowerment. The submission date is 31st October 2008.

Topics that would be appropriate for this special issue include, but are not limited to:

  • Enhancing consumer welfare
  • Consumer education
  • Effective PSA development
  • Consumption in developing countries
  • Consumers’ rights
  • Ethical and moral issues relating to consumption
  • Consumer impairment
  • Consumer literacy

JRC provides researchers with academic, practitioner, and consumer audiences to enable rapid and widespread dissemination of research outcomes. The Journal’s website (www.jrconsumers.com) receives more than 50,000 hits per month, representing visitors from many nations.
