We seem to be at the beginning of the job notice season! The has been rising for a number of weeks now. As such, it strikes me as a good time to review the different roles of ELMAR and the ÂÜÀòÉç¹ÙÍø with respect to the academic job market in marketing.
Any school can post a job notice on ELMAR. ELMAR job postings, like all other postings, are free. A brief "How to Post Job Announcements" document can be seen here:

Often, but not always, schools and other employers wish to interview candidates at the ÂÜÀòÉç¹ÙÍø Summer Educators’ conference. Likewise, students and other job applicants often wish to have their names in the ÂÜÀòÉç¹ÙÍø Academic Placement data base. To engage in either of those activities, and to receive other value-added services, you need to also post on the ÂÜÀòÉç¹ÙÍø’s Academic Placement Service. The Academic Placement Service has a fee. So, if you are interested in participating in the ÂÜÀòÉç¹ÙÍø Summer Conference Job Fair, either as a school or as an applicant, and either in person or at a distance, visit the following document:

In summary, ELMAR offers a free job posting service. But if you are an applicant, or you represent a school seeking to interview at Summer ÂÜÀòÉç¹ÙÍø, or to have access to those candidates who are interviewing at Summer ÂÜÀòÉç¹ÙÍø, you should also utilize the ÂÜÀòÉç¹ÙÍø’s Academic Placement Service.
