CALL FOR PAPERS

The Institut d’Administration des Entreprises (IAE) Aix en Provence Graduate School of Management, with the collaboration of the French Postoffice research department, hosts a conference where professionals and academics will debate about « Trust Management on the Internet ».

Trust represents an important Marketing research area, especially in long term Customer Relationship Management. Nowadays, one of the main strategic issues for firms operating on the Net is to develop and maintain a loyal customer base. Successful loyalty programs must find ways to develop trust and commitment.

Communications themes

We invite authors to present an original paper on the management of trust on the Internet, and in particular on the following themes:

  • Key determinants of trust on the Internet
  • Internet Customer Relationship Management
  • Consumer behavior on the Internet
  • Efficiency measures of the Internet medium
  • Internet website adaptation across countries
  • Trust scales and trust surveys on the Internet
  • Service recovery and trust rebuilding

Publication of the papers

Papers presented will be published in the conference proceedings.

Instructions the authors

The accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings and can be written in French or in English. The authors must follow the instructions to the authors of the French revue RAM (Recherche et Applications en Marketing).

Papers can present theoretical and/or empirical research. However, one of the objective of the conference is to stress managerial relevance and therefore we seek papers including an empirical contribution.
