Amit Poddar needs information about how to stop or minimize free riding in marketing group assignments
Dear Colleagues,
I would like to know what method do you use to stop free riding in project groups. related to that how do you evaluate group contribution (do you reduce individual grade). what happens if the free rider disagrees with any peer evaluation. or worse the free riders gang up on the person who did the work.
It would also be helpful if you can share the pro’s and con’s of the method you use.
