Data on the Impact of Scale Format is available for Academic use

I recently published a paper on the impact of scale format on data characteristics (Dawes,J. Int Journal of Mkt Research, Vol. 50 No. 1 2008). I have put the data on my web site for any academics who might wish to conduct further analysis on it. It comprises a series of nine questions with Likert-type scales in either 10, 7 or 5 point formats. Samples of respondents answered using one of the three formats. There is a data file and a syntax (code) file. The data may be useful for psychometricians who are interested in issues such as scale reliability or response style. Alternatively, it could be used as a class exercise that asks students to replicate some or all of the analysis.
