Dear colleague,

I am launching a new journal on e-services. I would like therefore to take this opportunity to invite you to become a member of the editorial review board of the International Journal of E-Services and Mobile Applications (IJESMA). The term for your appointment will be for two years, January 1, 2008 through February 1, 2010, and renewable for an additional term based on review quality and timely performance.

Your professional involvement will greatly benefit the success of IJESMA. As you know, the overall success of a refereed journal is highly dependant on the quality and timely reviews provided by the members of the Editorial Review Board. It is crucial that you would assist us in accomplishing this goal by providing our journal submitters with your professional assistance in a timely fashion. As an Editorial Review Board member, you would receive and evaluate maximum six manuscripts per year. All reviewers are expected to evaluate manuscripts sent to them in a timely and thorough manner.

I am providing you with URLs for the Journal’s “Editorial Policy” and “Guidelines for Manuscript Submissions” . Please read these documents carefully as they provide important information that would help you in your role as a member of the Editorial Review Board. In addition, please print a copy of the “Editorial Policy” and keep it for your records.
