ABOUT THE JOURNAL
Promotional communication creates a powerful interaction when added to an overall marketing program. The Journal of Promotion Management is an essential resource for educators and practitioners in advertising, public relations, and personal selling for understanding the latest concepts and trends in this dynamic field.
Each issue of the Journal of Promotion Management includes research papers, case studies, commentaries, and reviews—all from leading academics and professionals. Contributors integrate historical ideas and theoretical concerns into contemporary perspectives, providing the kind of practical information that gives readers the edge in this highly competitive field. The journal is published quarterly (4 issues a year) in both print and electronic format.
Topics covered in the Journal of Promotion Management have included:
- celebrity branding in sports marketing
- internet vs. traditional advertising
- promotional strategies in the film industry
