We have a great program for the 21st Service Workshop in London from Nov 15-17, 2007, at the University of Westminster. Many of the leading thinkers and researchers in service, services marketing, management and strategic management will be speaking and chairing sessions. In addition, the informal, informative and lively workshop "co-creation of value" format means that workshop participants have greater opportunities for interaction, networking, and improving the quality of their research.
The UK Service Workshop Series, now in its 21st successful year, is an international event sponsored by the UK Academy of Marketing Special Interest Group.
