Now Publishers is pleased to announce a new publication entitled Foundations and Trends in Marketing edited by Josh Eliashberg with coeditors Teck Ho and Mary Frances Luce. We have a small and focused editorial board including Joe Alba, Dawn Iacobucci, Brian Sternthal, and Marcel Zeelenberg.

The growth of the research literature is hard to keep up with even within one’s own specialty, let alone other areas of interest. Foundations and Trends distills the vast body of literature in a field into a more consumable form that is linked to the primary research. This is achieved using a journal style publication, which publishes issues containing a review of a single subject (approx. > 50-100 pages) — in effect each issue is a single article. The journal is available both online and in print, enabling wide access from a subscribing university to all issues and the inclusion of the issues in course packs for students. Over time this will build to become the gateway to a digital library.

We launched FnT Marketing in 2007. Some forthcoming authors include C. W. Park et al. on brand attachment, Priya Raghubir on visual information processing, Greg Allenby et al. on choice models, and V. Kumar on customer lifetime value, just to name a few. You can see what we are doing and access free copies of Customer Equity by Mike Hanssens and Julian Villanueva at .

Now Publishers allows authors to retain copyright, provides honoraria to both authors and reviewers, and publishes accepted articles within 45 days of acceptance. The online edition offers reference linking to the original articles and allows authors to update their work to keep it current.
