The University of Liverpool Management School is delighted to welcome the 2008 SERVSIG International Research Conference to Liverpool in the year that it celebrates the European Capital of Culture Award.
SERVSIG is the name given to the ÂÜÀòÉç¹ÙÍø’s Services Marketing Special Interest Group. The SERVSIG Research conference was initiated by Ray Fisk and Liam Glynn. Every few years the conference is hosted by a different School in a different country. SERVSIG Research Conferences have been hosted by The University of New Orleans, USA (1999), Macquarie University, Sydney, Australia (2001), Reims Management School, France (2003) and the NUS Business School, National University of Singapore (2005).
The deadline for abstract sumbmission is 1st February, 2008.
