VACANY ANNOUNCEMENT
POSITION AVAILABLE:
A recent development with a proposed EMBA program has created a need for new faculty positions in the College of Business and Economics at the University of Idaho, subject to State Board of Education approval. As a result, the college is now inviting applications from individuals with primary research and teaching interests in the area of Marketing in the undergraduate program. The Marketing area has responsibility for teaching in the integrated undergraduate core curriculum, as well as delivering courses in marketing management, consumer behavior, and market research, as well as marketing elective and other support courses. The Marketing area also will be participating in the delivery of the Executive MBA program.
STARTING DATE:
August 13, 2007 or January 2, 2008 or August 11, 2008
RANK AND SALARY:
RANK: Assistant/Associate
SALARY: $85,000
QUALIFICATIONS:
REQUIRED: Ph.D. in Marketing, or clearly related area, and a record of scholarly publications and teaching experience. ABD’s will be considered at the assistant professor level.
PREFERRED: Cross-functional training or experience, such as an MBA degree.
