TENURED / TENURE-TRACK POSITION

CASE WESTERN RESERVE UNIVERSITY, WEATHERHEAD SCHOOL OF MANAGEMENT seeks tenured / tenure-track marketing faculty at all levels to begin July 2008. The Division of Marketing is a priority area of growth and concentration in the Weatherhead School’s strategic plan. Candidates with strong interests in new product and entrepreneurial marketing are desirable, since entrepreneurship and innovation are priority areas of growth and concentration in the School’s strategic plan. Additional areas of particular interest include marketing management, product/brand management, marketing communications, and marketing research.

We will be interviewing at the ÂÜÀòÉç¹ÙÍø Summer Educators Conference in Washington DC. Candidates interested in appointments there are encouraged to respond promptly by email as noted below. All applicants must hold a PhD or DBA in Marketing or be ABD in Marketing. Candidates must have a demonstrable record of – or potential for — high impact scholarly contribution to the field of marketing and outstanding teaching. Teaching is primarily in our MBA and undergraduate programs. Executive education teaching is encouraged.

Housed in the Frank Gehry-designed Peter B. Lewis Building, the Weatherhead School of Management aspires to foster innovative approaches and bold, high-impact ideas for management theory and practice. Weatherhead’s undergraduate and executive education programs are rated among the top 30 national programs.
