On behalf of the Organizing Committee of the Ninth West Lake International Conference on Small & Medium Business (or WLICSMB 2007),
I am pleased to take this unique opportunity to warmly invite you to the conference. The WLICSMB 2007 will be held on Oct.21~Oct.23, 2007, in Hangzhou, China.
It is jointly organized by Hangzhou Municipal Government, Zhejiang University of Technology, Zhejiang Small & Medium Enterprises Bureau, and Zhejiang Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce.
Many world renowned organizations and universities such as the World Association of Industrial and Technological Research Organizations (WAITRO), Marquette University, University of Akron and Texas Tech University are among the institutional sponsors.
One of the conference’s unique features is that it provides an international forum for professionals both from academia and industries as well as from developing and developed countries to share their views and works in Hangzhou, an ancient lake city with profound Chinese culture.
