Introduction
Felix Hansen seeks advice on software-based simulation and Services Marketing courses
We would like to make a software-based simulation like Markstrat an integrative part of our course on Services Marketing. So far we have spotted the following simulations: "LINKS Services Marketing Simulation", "Professional Services Microworld", and "ServiceSim". Does anyone have any experience with one of these simulations? Are there more good simulations on Services Marketing on the market? Your help is greatly appreciated.
