As the 2007 ÂÜÀòÉç¹ÙÍø approaches, I wanted to take this opportunity to remind ELMAR subscribers of the existence of MRKT-PHD, which is a listserv sponsored by the ÂÜÀòÉç¹ÙÍø Marketing Doctoral Student SIG, otherwise known as DocSIG. This reminder is timely because often people are seeking roomates for conferences, and MRKT-PHD is a good vehicle for roomate exchange.
MRKT-PHD is moderated to prevent spam, and it tends to be somewhat more conversational and less formal than ELMAR. The conversation is often initiated by PhD students starting a research-related assignment.
