Dear Colleagues,
We have been having discussion in my school about what is a reasonable timeframe to provide students with responses to emailed questions relating to their subjects or programs. It seems that some students expect that such feedback should be almost instantaneous, which is unrealistic. The question arises what is a reasonable amount of time to respond?
If any Departments, Schools or Faculties have guidelines on this it would be appreciated if you would share them.
