You are cordially invited to attend a workshop on technology and direct-to-customer selling that will be held in conjunction with the Academy of Marketing Science Conference in Coral Gables, Florida, and sponsored by the IC² Institute at The University of Texas at Austin. The purpose of the workshop is to develop a research agenda for investigating the impact of technology on B-to-C selling. This research agenda will serve as the basis of a special issue of the .
