I am conducting a meta-analysis on the relationship between team-related constructs and new product development (NPD) outcomes. I am looking for unpublished papers (working papers, papers under review or rejected/never sent for review due to insignificant results) that include any team-related construct (e.g. goal clarity, goal stability, team stability, teamwork, team experience, team size, etc.) in the context of NPD. Studies where NPD team is the level of analysis would be helpful, too.
