I’m conducting a meta-analysis of the relationship between Employee Job Satisfaction/OCBs and Customer Satisfaction and Service Quality. My main criterion for inclusion is that the dataset should be dyadic (i.e. job satisfaction rated by employees, and customer satisfaction/ service quality rated by customers).
