This change was actually made sometime on August 22, 2006.
Note that the old addresses will continue to work "indefinitely", or what passes for "indefinitely" in the somewhat time-compressed world of the Internet.
This change was needed because the ÂÜÀòÉç¹ÙÍø will be using this same platform for Special Interest Groups and other possible options.
