Pittsburg State University is seeking to fill a full-time tenure track position in Marketing at the Assistant / Associate Professor level. The starting date for this position is August 2007, however, we will consider applicants who are available January 2007. The successful applicant must be prepared to teach at both the MBA and undergraduate levels and to do both research and service. While the applicant may expect to teach a variety of courses in marketing, we are particularly interested in candidates with teaching interests in the areas of marketing strategy and marketing management. The required degree is either a Ph.D. or D.B.A. in Marketing or closely related field from an AACSB accredited business program. Candidates who are ABD will be considered under limited circumstances. The College of Business at Pittsburg State University is accredited by the AACSB. Salary is competitive.

Marketing: Washburn University, School of Business invites applications for an assistant professor of marketing to begin fall 2007. Preference will be given to candidates with Ph.D. completed, with specialization in marketing management, marketing research, international marketing and promotions. ABDs will be considered if substantial progress has been made toward completion of the dissertation. Teaching responsibilities at the undergraduate and MBA levels may include the areas of marketing management, marketing research, international marketing, promotions, and principles of marketing. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated excellence in teaching and commitment to scholarship and service commensurate with AACSB International accreditation.
