CALL FOR CASES

SOCIETY FOR CASE RESEARCH
BUSINESS CASE JOURNAL

The Business Case Journal will publish two special issues of cases relating to marketing:

Marketing and Entrepreneurship Winter 2006/2007
  Deadline for submission: September 1, 2006
Marketing and Operations Summer 2007
  Deadline for submission: January 1, 2007

Each case must be accompanied by a Teaching Note containing the following sections: Case Overview including statement of application; Learning Objectives using Bloom’s Taxonomy (the BCJ prefers LOs at level 3 or higher); Research Basis; Questions organized to achieve the LOs with each question followed by a completely written out answer; Epilogue (if any); Endnotes; References; and Additional Pedagogical Material (if any).

Each case and Teaching Note will be triple blind reviewed. It is expected that submissions will go through two rounds of review prior to acceptance.

At least one author of each case must be a member of SCR at the time the case is submitted. See the Business Case Journal, Editorial Policy and Guidelines, at for additional submission requirements.
