Announcements and Call for Proposals
Proposals are due by March 27, 2006

MERLOT — Multimedia Educational Resource for Learning and Online Teaching — announces their upcoming International Conference on “Working With and Learning from the World’s Best.”  This year’s annual meeting (MIC06) will be held in Ottawa, Canada, from August 8-11, and is cosponsored by the Co-operative Learning Object Exchange (CLOE) and the University of Ottawa.  Complete conference details, including further information about the program tracks, can be found at the MIC06 website: http://conference.merlot.org.   

The MIC06 Conference Committee encourages participants to submit proposals describing results in any of six conference thematic tracks broadly devoted to faculty development in the design, creation, utilization and, evaluation of online teaching and learning materials.  Proposals are due by March 27th via online submission.   Registration begins April 3, 2006.
