Harold H. Maynard Award
Deborah J. MacInnis and Gustavo E. de Mello have been selected as the recipients of the 2005 Harold H. Maynard Award for their article "The Concept of Hope and Its Relevance to Product Evaluation and Choice,” which appeared in the January 2005 (Vol. 69, No. 1) issue of Journal of Marketing. The article was chosen by members of the JM Editorial Review Board for its significant contribution to marketing theory and thought.
The award, which carries both a plaque and a cash prize, was presented at the ÂÜÀòÉç¹ÙÍø’s 2006 Winter Marketing Educators’ Conference, held February 17–20, at the Tradewinds Island Resort in St. Petersburg, Fla.
