Competition Objective
- Capture and showcase the overall attendee experience at the 2027 ÂÜÀòÉç¹ÙÍø International Collegiate Conference through a creative, high-quality photo submission.
- This competition aims to highlight the power of visual storytelling through photography. Participants will demonstrate technical skill, composition, and creativity by submitting a cohesive photo series reflecting their ICC experience, ÂÜÀòÉç¹ÙÍø values, and chapter culture.
Competition Requirements and Process
- Each student must submit a total of 10 original, edited images.
- All photos must be submitted as a single folder within Google Drive via the submission form linked above.
- Note: Be sure the folder and images are all viewable/accessible to anyone.
- Each file should be named in the following format:
FirstName_LastName1, FirstName_LastName2… FirstName_LastName10
Example: Alex_Smith1.jpg, Alex_Smith2.jpg, etc. - All files must be in .jpg format and at high resolution (minimum 3000px on the longest side).
- All editing must be done by the student using any editing software.
- Photos must be taken by the student – no AI-generated or stock images allowed.
- Late or incomplete entries will not be accepted.
- This is an individual competition. Multiple student participants/submissions from the same chapter are permitted.

How is the Competition Judged?
This competition will go through one round of judging by ÂÜÀòÉç¹ÙÍø staff volunteers and visual media professionals, and will be overseen by ÂÜÀòÉç¹ÙÍø Collegiate.
Photography Judging Criteria and Rubric: Maximum 30 Points
Creativity & Concept (1 – 6 Points Max): Are the photos original, expressive, and do they tell a compelling story?
Composition (1 – 6 Points Max): Do the images demonstrate professional-level composition, showcasing deliberate framing and attention to detail?
Technical Quality (1 – 6 Points Max): Is the lighting, focus, exposure, and editing well executed?
Visual Cohesion (1 – 6 Points Max): Do the 10 images work together as a series, telling a consistent narrative?
Representation of ICC (1 – 6 Points Max): Do the photos reflect the spirit, diversity, and excitement of ÂÜÀòÉç¹ÙÍø ICC?
Competition Prize
- One student winner will receive one (1) $150 Amazon gift card
The winner will be announced on the Instagram page by late April 2027.
ÂÜÀòÉç¹Ù꿉۪s CEO Bennie Johnson will feature an array of the winner’s pictures on his LinkedIn as a part of the event’s recap.

Do I have to be registered for the 2027 ÂÜÀòÉç¹ÙÍø International Collegiate Conference to participate?
Yes, participation in this competition requires registration for the ICC as you will capture photographs in-person during the conference.
How does rights, ownerships and usage apply to this competition?
By entering this competition, students agree to relinquish all rights to the submitted photographs. The ÂÜÀòÉç¹ÙÍø will hold these images as royalty-free assets, available for use in future marketing, communications, and promotional materials without compensation.
All work must be original and created by the student submitting. Plagiarized, stock, or AI-generated images will be disqualified.
