By registering and attending 蹤獲扦夥厙 events, you consent to the following policies. These policies apply to all attendees, exhibitors, speakers, vendors and sponsors.
Cancellation Policy
Things happen. We understand!
For live online or in-person 蹤獲扦夥厙 event or training:
We offer a no-cost cancellation and a full registration refund as long as you contact 蹤獲扦夥厙 Customer Support at customersupport@ama.org or 800-蹤獲扦夥厙-1150 before the event’s start date.
Registrations may not be shared but may be transferred prior to the start of the event with notification to the 蹤獲扦夥厙 by phone or email. Please note: Any hotel room booked outside the 蹤獲扦夥厙 negotiated block of rooms will not be reimbursed for expenses, including the need to cancel the event.
For the 蹤獲扦夥厙 Executive Marketer Summit:
Cancellations made 30 days or less before the event will not be eligible for a refund. Any hotel room booked outside the 蹤獲扦夥厙 negotiated block of rooms will not be reimbursed for expenses.
For On-Demand Courses and Certificate Programs:
You may request a refund up to 7 days from the purchase date. The registration fee will only be refunded if less than 10% of each course has been completed.
Photo Policy
For In-Person Events:
Registrants of 蹤獲扦夥厙 Events agree to allow 蹤獲扦夥厙 and its official photographer to photograph them in the context of the conference. Footage captured by the official 蹤獲扦夥厙 photographer may be used in future print and electronic promotional and archival materials.
For Virtual Events:
Registrants of 蹤獲扦夥厙 Events agree to allow 蹤獲扦夥厙 to use audio and visual recordings in the context of the conference. Recordings captured by the 蹤獲扦夥厙 may be used in future promotional and archival materials.

The 蹤獲扦夥厙 Commitment to Conference Safety can be found as a part of our 蹤獲扦夥厙 Behavior Expectations policy. By registering and attending an 蹤獲扦夥厙 event, you agree to abide by the 蹤獲扦夥厙 Behavior Expectations policy.
Information Sharing with Sponsors & Partners
When registering for an 蹤獲扦夥厙 event, you acknowledge and agree that the personal information you provide will be shared with event sponsors. This information may be used by those sponsors to contact you regarding products, services, future events, or other offers.
Please note that the use of your personal information by any Sponsor will be subject to that Sponsor’s privacy practices, which may include such Sponsors own marketing and sales purposes. 蹤獲扦夥厙 is not responsible for how Sponsors use your personal information.

If you no longer wish to receive marketing or promotional emails from the 蹤獲扦夥厙, please email customersupport@ama.org.
Health & Safety | Assumption of Risk
While participating in events held or sponsored by the 蹤獲扦夥厙, (蹤獲扦夥厙), 蹤獲扦夥厙 cannot guarantee that its participants, volunteers, partners, or others in attendance will not become infected with COVID-19 or other diseases that spread through person-to-person contact.
Participants are encouraged to engage in whatever hygiene practices they determine necessary to protect themselves, including hand hygiene, social distancing, wearing face coverings, or other practices consistent with CDC and WHO guidelines.
By registering for this event, you acknowledge that you participate willingly and assume the risk of contracting infectious diseases as a result of your participation.
